A week-end of local music beckons at the end of this month and Wyvis Churches are pleased to be part of it.

The next chamber concert at St James’ Church will take place at 7.30pm on  Friday 25th May and will mark the debut performance by a newly formed string quartet – the Fyrish Quartet – of young musicians led by Emma Donald.

At 3pm on Sunday 27th May the Highland Chamber Orchestra will be performing at the Strathpeffer Pavilion, with Emma Donald as soloist in the Bruch violin concerto.

At 7.30pm that on Sunday 27th May the Cathedral Boys Choir from Augsburg in Germany will be giving a concert at St Anne’s Church.

Entrance to the venues we are hosting is free. However donations to church funds are much appreciated.
